Maitland Community Care Services Inc. strives to be an employer of choice.

A team of 30 staff and 270 volunteers ensure that clients are a priority and that services are provided safely and efficiently.

Staff are encouraged to continue learning and are provided with support to undertake further education and training.

Volunteers are provided with a full induction, reimbursement for out of pocket expenses and ongoing support learning.

Our volunteer team provided almost 30,000 hours of assistance in 2008/2009.

A Volunteer Board of Management consisting of 8 members of the community, oversee the governance of the organisation.
