COMPLAINTS
If you do not feel comfortable speaking with your service provider or your complaint has not been resolved, you can contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission 1800 951 822.
If you have lodged a complaint with the Aged Quality and Safety Commission and are not happy with a decision or the complaints process, you can provide feedback and ask the Complaints Commissioner to review their decision.
Clients can also ask for a review of our complaints process by the Commonwealth Ombudsman. Phone 1300 362 072.
If you are an NDIS participant and feel your complaint to MCCS has not been resolved satisfactorily, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/ or phone 1800 035 544.
